Guiding provides inspiring, life-changing experiences that empower girls and young women to grow in confidence, achieve their full potential, and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

That’s why we’re passionate about reaching even more girls, giving them the opportunity to be part of everything we offer.

Our adult members play a vital role in growing and strengthening our organisation. Being involved in guiding as an adult is about so much more than volunteering, it’s about belonging to a worldwide movement that offers friendship, fun, and truly life-changing opportunities. From international travel to valuable training and skills that enhance careers, adult members benefit in many ways. By supporting both new and existing volunteers to access these opportunities, we can expand our impact on the lives of girls and young women.

Growing our membership means getting many things right at the same time, and it takes commitment, collaboration, and patience. By working together with a clear, shared vision of what we want to achieve and a step-by-step plan to get there, we can give ourselves the best chance of success.
